  • This high energy class will challenge your cardiovascular strength & endurance, while improving mental resilience and mobility. Expect to work up a sweat and push your limits with bodyweight & banded exercises, then flow into a powerful yoga sequence that aligns the body and breath with movement. Eventually settle into a long savasana that will feel oh-so-amazing. Wherever you are in your fitness journey, your best is ALWAYS enough in this class. We're here to encourage and push you forward while teaching you how to respect and listen to your body.

  • Strengthen your body & restore your mind - This 60 minute class focuses on creating a solid foundation of strength training. We'll be performing compound exercises to target multiple muscle groups at once, cultivating a powerful mind-muscle connection, and improving our everyday functionality. Feel yourself getting stronger as each week goes on, while decreasing your risk of injuries by creating healthier bones and tissue. Finally, settle into a blissful stretch to calm the nervous system, slow the heart and reconnect with the breath... and yourself.

  • Barre Power is a higher intensity workout, focusing on barre classic moves with a little extra push! Combining pulses, cardio & compound movements while working out to the beat of the music is guaranteed to leave you feeling sweaty & satisfied. There are modifications for all movements & no barre power class is ever the same - with the exception of raising your heart rate and having fun! Bands, stability balls and light weights are often included in each class, always finishing with core exercises on our mat to bring your heart rate back down. This workout is for everyone; our bodies ARE STRONG & they hold the strength to accomplish 45 minutes of Barre Power!

  • Take your practice to the next level by incorporating strength training and alignment into your daily routine.

    In this all levels class, we will work on strengthening the body using body weight exercises, resistance bands, and weights while focusing on proper alignment in our movements. Including strength training into your daily routine can help increase metabolism, build muscular endurance, improve joint longevity & build your confidence!
