  • An exceptional regime of ballet, pilates, strength and flexibility training using light weights, resistance bands, stability balls and a ballet barre. This total body conditioning technique has been intertwined to create an intense workout, guaranteed to transform and sculpt your entire body. The classes are choreographed to the hottest music in a fun, supportive and high-energy environment, and is the perfect addition to help strengthen your Yoga practice.

  • Barre Power is a higher intensity workout, focusing on barre classic moves with a little extra push! Combining pulses, cardio & compound movements while working out to the beat of the music is guaranteed to leave you feeling sweaty & satisfied. There are modifications for all movements & no barre power class is ever the same - with the exception of raising your heart rate and having fun! Bands, stability balls and light weights are often included in each class, always finishing with core exercises on our mat to bring your heart rate back down. This workout is for everyone; our bodies ARE STRONG & they hold the strength to accomplish 45 minutes of Barre Power!

  • Ideal for those looking for a slower paced, more nurturing, barre experience. It is especially designed for those recovering from surgery, illness or injury, for seniors and new practitioners and to provide relief from chronic conditions, e.g., arthritis, back pain and other musculoskeletal issues.

  • This class is a little bit of Yoga and little bit of Barre to create the perfect balance of lengthening, strengthening, toning & shaping.

    Not sure if you are up for a full Barre Class, or need to add in that stretch and balance to your overall workout? Then this is the class for you. Beginning with a slow flow, we will get the body moving and connected to the breath. Once warmed up, the class will jump into high gear as we tone and strengthen our muscles using various barre exercises and techniques. The final portion of the class will leave you feeling grounded and centred, as we slow down the body and breath before finishing off with a final savasana.

  • Baby Friendly BARRE & STRETCH is the perfect post-natal workout combining pilates, strength training, conditioning & deep stretches in a baby-friendly environment! Classes are ideal for babies 8 weeks up to pre-crawling, and designed for new parents starting (or re-starting) their fitness journey. In this 45 minute class, you will have the option of using a baby carrier or simply setting your little one up in the middle of the class with their favorite toy. We will work with you to modify as needed, and rebuild strength at your own pace. Nursing, feeding, crying, bouncing & diaper changes are all expected, welcomed and encouraged in this fun and supportive environment. No past Barre experience necessary!
